Naša Bokerica dobila je novu verziju. Osim Aj(s) Bo(c)k koji je također nastao od Bokerice, Pusa Bo(c)k je totalno druga verzija Bokerice. Ono također spada u seriju mix. ferment. sour beers, kojoj smo dodali veliku količinu friških kupina. Odležavajući dugo vremena u bačvi na kućnim bakterijama i kvascima, razvila se ugodna kiselina i voćnost. Tanini iz bačve kontriraju dominantnim kupinama i kiselini pa tako dobivamo balans između arome i okusa. I ovo je pivo također kiselo te ga se preporučuje svima koji vole kisela piva, ali i svima onima koji ponekad vole izaći iz svoje komfor zone.

Bottle, 330 ml at Mlinarica. Pours amber with off-white head. Malty, caramel, some blackberries, dried fruit, medium sourness.

Süffiger, weich hellmalziger Beginn mit deutlicher Säure. Spritzig, weiche Bitterkeit, süß-säuerlich. Rund würzig, langer Abgang. Gut. 10/10/11/10/12/10

Bottled 750ml. -from Pomalo Zagreb. Ruby red coloured, small off-white head that went away fast, tartish blueberry nose. Tart and acetic blueberry taste with notes of red fruits and discreet touch of oak. Alcohol hidden.

0.75 l bottle shared at Mlinarica Brewpub with Kermis and Marko. Unclear ruby red to brownish red, small tan head. Acidic and funky, a bit harsh at first, a tannic note, fruity, red and dark fruit, a touch of glue, prunes, slightly covered with a moderate phenolic note. Dry, dried fruit, raisins and figs, quite sour, sparkling, light to moderate carbonation, fruit juice, more cherry than blueberry. A toasty touch remains. A juicy note. Alcohol hidden.

Bottle at Mlinarica. Huge thanks Boro Zmaj for sharing with Hrabren, Kermis and me. Muddy red-amber, off white head. Malty dry touches, light acetic acid, vague, fresh, dry grainy touches, soft fruitiness, liiight blueberry, funi growing in the finish, fizzy, solid sourness. Salty, minerally again. Fun!

Shared with Marko and Hrabren at the brewpub. Hazy amber brown with an off white head. Aroma of tart ripe dark fruits, caramel and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter and fairly heavy sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
