Smaakbeschrijving
So, let’s blame the monks!

Moderate Bitterkeit, wenig Zitrus, später alkoholische Nuancen. Gut trinkbar. 8/10/10/10/9/10

Tap at skaal. Pours golden. Aroma and flavor are fruity, sour, hoppy, citrus, dry. Overall: quite good considering it tries to be a brut ipa.

Draught, 7.5% at KCBD19. Belgian yeast aroma, mild citric note. Hazy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is yeasty and citric. Like a Belgian yeast with a fast Brett note.

Midtown tasting, bottle from European Swap 2018/3, thanks MonsterMagnet! Quite clear yellow, white head on the top, leaves lacings after coming down. Soft and dry hoppy feel, kind of spicy yeast nose, beer champagne, thats what it is. Tastes dry, champagne yeast is strong, herbal bubbly feel there, dry and herbal closer to the finish. White grapes. Spices and dry bubbles in the finish linger. This is what I think brut IPA should be like. Tasty.
