A complex malt bill of Pils, Cara, Brown, Chocolate & Black malts was combined with cocoa nibs in the mash to provide a smooth dark chocolate edge.

A gentle hopping with Magnum and Mosaic combines with the subtle tartness from the raspberry to balance it out perfectly – Festive, Rich, Fruity and Smooth, perfect for these cooler months and perfect for the Holidays!

22/V/20 - 44cl can @ ElManana+1’s place, BB: 6/XII/20 (2020-437) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing the can! (or was this mine?)

Clear dark brown to black beer, creamy small dense light beige head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of raspberry jam, chocolate notes, more raspberry jam, sugary impression, soft roast. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice roast, soft acidity, bitter, bit metallic, fruity, but not sweet. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, very roasted, fruity notes, some more raspberry jam.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours black with a nice fluffy head of light brown foam, very fine. Aroma is chocolate, coffee, molasses, licorice. Body is average, smooth, with very limited carbonation. Easy drinking. Taste is elegant too, with moderate sweetness and roastiness. Finish is regular.
