Bottle looks good but a bit complex. Beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Starts malty, modest spicy, mild dry background. More and more metallically-dry. Could be more intense and more spicy. So a bit boring.

Bottled (from Landbierparadies). Deep golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is mild wood, some caramel and bready malts along with some slight grassy and herbal notes. Flavour is being rather similar. Rather nice mouthfeel.

Bottle from REWE, Buttenheim. Clear gold in colour, with a slight white head and trace of carbonation. Sweet, cereal malts honey and hedgerow fruit aroma. Flavour of stone fruits and a caramel, with a touch of bitterness in the finish. Fine.

Bottle @ Uncle Chris’ house in Fürth. Clear, golden appearance with a nice, off-white head. Grainy, straw, fairly floral/herbal, noble hoppy aroma. Light lemon, straw, a bit husky, floral flavor. Ok.

Bottle @ Bierzwerg. Pours clear golden with a creamy white head. A bit of paper and grain. Medium bodied. Dry and short finish. A bit too papery/cardboard.

Rerate from bottle. 6 3 7 3 13 Hazy golden, offwhite lace Nettle, herbal nose. Medium light hayish malt, ok grassy nose. Medium light body. No flaws, not that exiting either. Old rating: 7 4 7 4 14 Bottle. Golden, low carbonation, fluffy lacing white head. Sweet malty aroma, honeyish with fine hop aromatics. Smooth mouthfeel, chewy, good malt base, crisp prickly hops, pear notes, fine aromatic hops round the picture off. Nice and moreish. Bottle was at the end of its lifetime, really have to go to the brewey to get it fresh.

Bottle, 5.3%. Almost clear golden colour. Frothy white head. The flavour starts off very malty. Turns a bit peppery. Good alcohol mouthfeel. Dusty finish. The aftertaste is slightly rubbery, but nothing to worry about.
