Bottle, 4.7%. Mild hay aroma. Almost clear yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour also has some hay, quite clean. Low to medium bitterness. A bit thin, but clean and good.

Bottled (BB 08/2009). Golden color, small white head. Grassy, grainy aroma. Grassy hoppy, sweet malty, slightly buttery flavor. Typical South German pils, lacks maltyness, a bit light.

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized white fluffy head. Aroma is eggy, grassy, sweet malty and slightly grainy. Flavour is quite much the same. Mild floral and parfuneish notes as well. Not very place.

Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm
Hazy light blond color; creamy head. Wonderful, grassy hop aroma. Crispy malt flavor, the mouthfeel is lean but also round; there is a strong hopping, with very good aromatic qualities; the final is extremely well balanced between the hop oils and the traces of malt, the bitterness never aggressive. Excellent!

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 12 June 2009) Pale yellow colour with firm, white head. Malty, clean nose with notes of grain, hay and grassy hops. Malty, grainy taste with bread and grassy hops in a dry, bitter finish. Slightly below medium body. Clean, dry and tasty German pilsener in very good balance. Nice one.
