Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of apple peel, toffee and bread. Cloying sweet apple and raw wort flavour. Typical champagne yeast beer. Just don’t use it, please!

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, June 2011. Pours clear golden with a small creamy off white head. Nose is yeast and fruit. Medium bodied. Sweet and grainy flavor with some alcohol. Sparkling. Not my thing really.

Bottled 500ml (BB 02/2012)
Orange color, small white head. Crisp citrus-berryish, slightly sour nose. Medium-bodied. Berry-honeyish, apple-fruity flavor. Some hayish hops. Reminds me about Russian strong lagers.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of champagne yeast, malt, caramel, and a bit of hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of grap0es, yeast, malt, alcohol, and a bit of hops, leading to a dry finish. The alcohol warms the tongue.
