Bottle 50 cl. Clear yellow with a white head. Sweet malty and fruity nose. Solid body, fairly massive malts with a fruity touch and a slight tartness. A little hops in the finish. 130211

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and slight citrusy. Citrusy, crisp hoppy and fruity. Sweet, light yeasty and mild fruity finish. Smooth.

Bottle at Søgaards Bryghus. It pours an almost clear golden body and a finger-thick white head. The aroma has a berry-ish sourness and some yeasty notes. Wheaty malts. The flavor has the same berry-like sourness and some caramel hints with the malts in the back. Medium to full body. A fine bitterness finishes the whole thing. Ok, it’s a drinkable beer but nothing I would like to repeat. 101020

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity sweet, straw, moderate yeasty, champagne yeast - kransekage. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, champagne yeast, hides the alcohol very good. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20110117]

ChrisOs Christmas Tasting. Clear gold beer, frothy white head. Light sweet malt, champagne yeast sweetness. Finishes crisp and dry. The champaghe element lifts and otherwise pretty standard beer.
