0.5 l bottle from BierLaden, Berlin, shared with little Dina and Fates_11. Clear golden to amber, small off-white head. Malty aroma, cardboard and a herbal touch. The flavour is butter, malts and caramel. Smooth, light body, moderate carbonation, moderately lasting finish.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy orange with a big fluffy head. Quite malty, stone fruit, bread, rye, honey. Hoppy bitterness, malty sweetness. Full to medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry malty bittersweet finish. Good crisp hoppy Festbier!

Picked this up from Bayerisches Bierspezialitäten Pararadies Bienenfleiß, München. Had this Sunday 8th December 2019 whilst listening to The Twilight Sad - It Won't be Like This all the Time and making Lasagne (a proper one). Pours gold with a bit of a haze and a mid sized frothy white head. This is much better after the previous beer which was rather disappointing. Good maltiness in first mouthfeel, nice gentle soft carbonation, a little honey, some caramel. Fine, not amazing by any stretch but absolutely fine.

Bottle. Hazy amber color with creamy eggshell head. Aroma is caramel, fudge, herbal. Taste is the same, lots of fudge and rather sweet. Silky mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Pleasant, but too simple and sweet to be a great example.

Bottled, thanks Beerhunter111! Hazy pale amber, rich head. Floral fruity nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and caramelly, mildly floral. Fairly low bitterness. Ok, but lacks the softness and harmony of the top examples of the style.

Many thanks for this beer to Beerhunter111. Poured an orange color with an off white head. Aroma was sweet. Flavor was sweet, really malty and some toffee and caramel notes.

Flasch’n (ottos mops hopst fort):Deep golden, a bit unclear, quickly diminishing loose (off?-) white head; moderate bitter-sweet grainy nose, papery and sweet-malty traces in the background; moderate sweet flavour, low bitterness, medium bodied, not so soft;; sweetish bready-grainy finish. Pretty uniforme, all in all disappointing...
