Bottled (Alex, Ville, Mats tasting). Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, honey, Tokaji, some floral and mild nutty notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, some toffee, spices and mild citrus. Nice slight oxidized elements to it (maybe due to aging).

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a lacing off-white head. Amazingly complex Brett and acetobacter aroma blending in with noble rot. Medium body, overripe fruit, subtle tartness again with complex Brett notes. No bitterness. Lovely! 241220

Bottle - White grape and raw wood. Clear gold with a decent white head. Woody and grape notes, with some bitterness and pithy peel. Odd.

Bottle, 6.3%. Mild acidic aroma, perhaps bretty, a little sour rag. Cloudy yellow colour. Very big, stable white head. The flavour is quite acidic with a caramelly and fruity sourness. A little unclean, but tastes nice enough. Good grapefruity note. Vanilla from the barrel, probably.
