From cask at the Saints Winter Beer Festival 2017. Pours bronze with a lasting bubbly off-white head. Aroma of biscuit, hop, malt, fruit and flowers. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. A flavoursome bitter.

Cask-conditioned at the Lime Kiln, Bristol 5/12/2017. Amber in colour, with a small, off-white, head. Easy drinking bitter, with some sweetish malts, hedgerow fruits, hint of caramel and moderately bitter finish. Fine.

Bottle, many thanks Andrew! Hazy amber color with tan head Aroma is toffee, berries, caramel, earthy. Taste is bananas, caramel, toffee, buttered popcorn. Silky mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Ok.

Cask @ The Bull, Bishopsgate, London. Dark golden pale ale, light in style with a slight sticky-sweet texture. There’s some berry-sweetness in its nose.

Cask at the Lord Northbrook, Lee. Dark amber pour with a white head. Orchard fruit and toffee aroma. More orchard fruit and toffee in the flavour with a splash of sweet spice. Not too bad.

Cask@Lord Northbrook, Lee, London - amber brown pour with white head. Toasty malty aroma and taste, nutty, some caramel and toffee sweetness , slight grassy, twiggy and l hoppy, nutty, bitter finish. Ok.

Cask. Appearance is chestnut brown, one finger of a tight white head. Aromas of yeast, malt, hints of raisin. Taste is hop bitterness, hints of caramel, bit of toffee in the finish. Quite light on the palate. Solid bitter.

ChrisOs Early December Tasting. Slight haze on this amber beer. Tiny white head. Light semi dry palate. Mildly appley fruit hops. Minerals. Semi dry finish. A bit dull and not right.

Bottle 500ml. @ chriso [ oh6gdx birthday bash tasting ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, fruity, green apple - riped fruit ! Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111203]
