0.5l bottle #417 shared with the tasting crew and meilby. Slowly popping up from the bottle and pouring a golden yellow near-clear body, some floaters and a fading sidesticking just off-white head. Smells like a blondie yeah, Belgian yeast, mashed peas, peppery and some asparagus. Smells nice enough. A bit thin in the texture with a comfortable carbonation level. Lot's of mild Belgian yeast in the flavor, peppery, light and easy to drink. Ends with a hint of alcohol (actually) and some soapy hints. A nice blonde! 27.07.2012

Välbalanserad, men ganska snällt kryddad. Aningen koriander, pomerans, belgisk jäst, citrusfrisk och lite blommig. Först söt men torrare och stramare efter ett tag i munnen. Inte alls illa men kanske lite anonym.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy deep golden to orange colour, moderate white head. Fairly strong aroma of Belgian ale yeast, fruity and spicy notes. Refreshing flavour, not too sweet. Belgian ale yeast again, more spicy than fruity. The mouthfeel could have been fuller - but then the beer would probably not be 4.5% ...

A cloudy, slightly orange-yellow beer with an almost medium and blond head. Aroma of fruits, oranges, aromatic, earthy sourness and spices. Overally, the aroma is fresh and fruitfull, surprisingly strong and complex, also saison feelings. Taste is fruitfull, quite feisty of spices, slightly sour and and also bitterness, a bit short taste. Light+ bodied, lots of carbonation, fresh but a bit the light to drink. The refreshning and complex, saison like beer, tastefull.
