Amber with a frothy, white head. Caramel aroma with raisins on top. Taste is moderate sweet with just enough grassy, herbal bitterness to keep things interesting. Finishes bittersweet and much the same, with a lingering touch of honey. Body is surprisingly delicate, mild carbonation, smooth. Goes down easy. Grew on me.

500ml bottle [Gregori-Bock]. Opalescent, minimalyl reddish, dark amber colour with small to average, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Slightly toasty, caramel malty, aroma. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally toasty, caramel malty and minimally bitter hoppy, notes of dark honey, caramel. Slightly viscous texture, smooth and soft, slightly cloying palate, fine, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite sweet, a bit monotonous - so-so.

500ml Bottle - Dark amber in colour. Sultanas, raisins, rye bread and caramel in the aroma. Malty, grainy and slightly sweet taste with sultanas, caramel, nuts and dusty grain. Not bad, but a tad too sweet to be more enjoyable.

Bottle @ Dolles Bockstival - Bocken varer lige til påske, 5000 Odense C. Pours amber copper with a small white head. Alcohol, grains, marzipan, warmth. Quite old school I think - or I would like some fresher hops here.

Bottle. Fruity malt nose. Pretty dark amber, golden cream. Good balance of roasted and caramel malts and grassy hops. Full chewy body. Herbal earthy finish. Nice.

Amber with medium white head. Aroma is peach, dust, slight grainyness. Taste is a bit murky dusty syrupy malt. A bit too heavy. Ugly. A bit spiky for drinkability. Meh.
