Black with a brown head - Dark malt and wood barrel aroma - DArk malt body with a fruity wood flavour with some vanilla notes - The dark malt and wood barrel goes into the finish - This was real good
0,75 litre Bottle, shared with Bergstaden. Bottle 1169/1286. Black with little head. Roasted malts, oak, Fruity, barrel, Smooth!

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a nice large dark brown foamy head. Aroma of Sauterne with its typical sweet grapes notes is quite dominant with some light molasses and black chocolate notes also perceptible. Taste is a mix of Sauterne notes with some huge amount of residual sugar with some very light molasses and black chocolate notes. Body is full with syrupy notes and good carbonation with some alcohol showing. Very enjoyable and surprised the Sauterne notes works as well with this huge stout.

A deep dark imperial stout with a thin dark brown head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with loads of musky trump notes, light funk, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with light balsamic notes and maple, light vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice and complex. Bottle at GRMs dark Lord tasting, Oct 2018.
