Tap at Beer Dock, Crewe Pours an opaque chrome yellow with a small white head. There is an aroma of hoppy oranges which translates in the mouth to a fruity range of mango, pineapple, grapefruit and tea leaves as well. Finish is bitter oranges and hops. Nice and restrained. Too pale to be a traditional IPA, but I’m not sure how else you would classify it.
