Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 3rd September 2020. Hazy amber with shallow off-white foam and full lacing. Grass and citrus hoppy blend in aroma. Rich and intense citrus hoppiness in-mouth with grapefruit juice and peel. A pleasant finish with a précis of the aforementioned flavours. Medium bodied with an engaging texture. 568ml can ordered from the Blue Boar and drunk at home. Light gold and hazy with a gloriously large white head. Pineapple, melon, green apple and light papaya notes mix with subtle pine on the nose. Bittersweet taste with lots of sharp acidic hop in the taste. It mellows mid-sip with a light bitterness before the intensely bitter hop finish. Apple, lemon and white grapefruit pith in the aftertaste. Lots of hop flavour without being too messy. Nice.

Third by hand-pulled cask at GBBF Winter, Jewellers Bar. Shared with Finn. Covering white head. Bright golden body, clingy lacing. Inviting tropical fruity aromas. Citrus to the taste profile, impacts of lemon and orange. Bittersweet fruity finish. Fine bodied. Like it. (Birmingham 05.02.2020).
