Bottle shared at the chriso and Ruth pre GBBF Shindig 2016 - London. Day 1. Pours clear yellow-gold with a white cream head. The nose has light yeast, dry pale bread, lemony hops. Light to medium sweet flavour, with jammy lemon, subtle bitter hay. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet on the finish, with low bitterness, more lemon and hay. Nice one overall.

The great ChrisO pre GBBF gathering. Light haze on this paleish gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Thin and mildly sweet malts. Tangy floral sweetness. Tangy citrus and dried fruits. Modest hop spice. Light finish. Tangy but okay.

Bottle @ Chriso pre-GBBF Shindig 2016. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy spicy yeasty finish.

Bottle shared at the pre GBBF chriso’s tasting day 1 06/08/2016. Many thanks to Jan for this one. A mostly clear golden coloured pour with a big frothy white head. Aroma is smoky Belgian phenol, wheat, light grains, peppercorn, wheaty straw. Flavour is composed of spicy wheaty grains, tangy apple, wheat, Belgian yeast. Palate is frothy carbonation, drying finish, highish carbonation. Harsh alcohol in the finish.

Bottle at Chris and Ruth’s pre-GBBF Shindig, 2016 (Sunday sesh.). Hazy gold pour with a white head. Apricot and tangerine aroma. Flavours of spice, orange and apricot. Quite tasty.

Bottle @ Home. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head, loads of lively bubbles. Aroma of malt, yeast, sweet fruit, banana, light citrus, light sourness. Flavor is light sweet, malt,yeasty, sweet fruit, banana, sourness, lemonjuice, light alcohol, little acid. Medium body, lively carbonation, light acidic finish. 280216

Bottle 750ml. corked @ [ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015 (TEODRBSG15) ] - fonefan & Brugmansia House, Denmark. [ As Gourmetbryggeriet IPA Belgisk Øl ].Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light vegetables, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, grass, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, fruity, yeast, pale malt, grass, hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150829]

Bottle split at the RBESG ’15 Grand Tasting, Taphouse CPH day 4, 23/08/15. Pale golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is light floral, grass, bread dough, citric pith, trace of plastic. Taste comprises straw, bitter orange, Belgian yeast strains, bread, earthy hop. Medium bodied, fine carbonation,semi drying close. Drinkable but rather pedestrian and offering little return on the ABV in terms of flavour.
