Sample @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2016 (Beerfestival Copenhagen) ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Ugly Duck White Rabbit ].Unclear medium yellow color with a large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, wit bier yeast, fruity yeast, coriander, light spicy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, spicy bitter, teast, spicy, sweet yeast, pale malt - wheat, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear yellow with a white head. Pleasant aroma of coriander, yeast, citrus and slight funk. Medium body, very soft on the palate. Flavourwise it gets a little raw with sulphur and yeast battling before the whole thing ends on a very bitter note. A somewhat rough and unrefined example of the style. 300616

Fra fad på DØE dag 2, sammen med Steven: klar lys gylden med flot skum der varer. Blød og balancered, med duft og smag af blomst, tropiske frugte, citron og fersken. Brettanomyces lurer i baggrunden.Halvtør slut.

Hazy paleish gold beer, good white head. Palate is airy and semi dry, good fine carbonation. Thin malts. Light and mildly savoury brett. Light lemon. Mild floralness. Light semi dry finish. Bretty linger. Nice intersection of brett and lemon.

Draught at KØ16. Good wheat beer aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Small creamy white head. The flavour is wheaty with a mild bubble gum note. Quite bitter. Good grassy hop aroma.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity, vague herbal. Toasted. Bitter and slight herbal. Dry. Toasted far finish. Estery and phenolic, herbal to bubblegum aromas from back of the nose.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, hops, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hops, lemons, and brettanomyces, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Cloudy yellow with a lasting white head. Fruity hop aroma with citrus and pineapple, honeydew melon and kiwi. Sweetish fruity flavour with lots of citrus. Light bread crust. Faint funky notes. Light bitter finish.
