"Tölzer Dunkel", Fläschchen von der Getränketanke, Kochel am See; 11.5.2025. - Tiefdunkles Kastanienbraun, üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase sattes tiefdunkles Malz mit kernigen Röstaromen, schwarze Brotkruste, Mokka, feine Karamelsirupsüße und mild-aromatische erdige Hopfung. - Antrunk kernig dunkel- und röstmalzig mit Mokka, einer Spur Asche und feiner Kaffeesäure, die in delikate Zitrusfrucht übergeht. Milder rezent, vollmundig, sahnig weich. Im Abgang feine herbale Hopfung und leise Kirsche. - Sehr schmackhaftes, schön fülliges Dunkles.

Bottle picked up from Liebick, Getränkemarkt, Germering. Consumed at home Attenkirchen, Friday 28th February 2020 in the company of Baz, Jude, Karen and Stuart. We're listening to Matis - Satis Factory and for dinner tonight we've got Beef and Cheese Pies. Pours mid brown, good clarity there is an off white head atop. Caramel and a light dark fruitiness, pleasant.

Brown with little white head. Aroma is some nuts with burnt caramel, some chalk. Taste is intense sour dust. Also spiky on the tounge. Didn’t enjoy this one so much.

Bottle. Brown color with red highlight and tan head. Aroma is malty, chocolate, yeasty. Taste is chocolate, some roasted malts, again with a slight yeastiness. Silky mouthfeel, medium fine-bubbled carbonation. Nice Dunkles!

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, ruby amber colour with a short and tanned foamy head. Toasty malty aroma with notes of caramel, Malzbonbons, slightly leafy notes with a tinge of metal. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Leafy and slightly toasted malty taste with caramel, bread crusty accents and restrained hoppy notes from behind; moderately dry, leafy and slightly sweet malty finish withcaramel and a whiff of metal in the aftertaste. Tap at TMB. Meaty roast, fruity/berry notes Very pretty hazy red Amber Dry, light roasted caramel, chewy, blackberry, roast, moreish, nice hop counterpoint, super drinkable.

Draft at the source. Crystal clear ruby amber color, thick tan head with good retention and solid lacing. Cocoa aroma. Taste is burnt caramel with a peppery finish. Decent.

Dunkler, süßlich malziger Antrunk. Würzig, ab dem Mittelteil bitterer, gleichzeitig mild karamellig. Gelungen. 9/9/9/9//9

Bottle 330ml. [ As Tölzer Mühlfeldbräu Dunkles ].[ Trade by Beerhunter111 ]. Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, sweet malt, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, caramel, thin, bread, sweet malt. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150619]

. Aroma has sweet toffee notes, some nuts and hints of rye. Flavour has menthol, some semi-roasted malt and hints of syrupy rye. A basic dunkel.
