Fata Morgana is a colourful character in the Celtic cycle of legends about King Arthur and the knights of the round table, which gave its name to an unusual natural phenomenon: a special kind of bizarre mirages, usually sea ones. Albion, which became the birthplace of the Stouts is also famous for its mirages. Fata Morgana is a fairly saturated malty brew that contains a large percentage of special malts (four different) plus Pale Ale and a dash of roasted barley. In combination they create a rich bouquet of chocolate, coffee, caramel and sweets. In order to enrich the taste, we used enough Sladek and Fuggle hops.

Fata Morgana — это колоритный персонаж кельтского цикла легенд о короле Артуре и рыцарях круглого стола, которая дала свое имя необычному природному явлению: особому виду причудливых миражей, как правило, морских. Миражами славится и Туманный Альбион, ставший родиной стаутов. Fata Morgana — это достаточно насыщенный солодовый сорт, в котором использован большой процент специальных солодов (четыре разных) плюс Pale Ale, а также немного жженного ячменя. Все вместе они создают богатый букет шоколада, кофе, карамели и сладостей. Для того, чтобы обогатить вкус мы использовали достаточное количество хмеля Sladek и Fuggle.

On tap. Black colour, head does not stay long. Aroma is intensive nuts. Light bitterness. Good.

Draught @ [ Russian Craft Beer Festival ] - Taproom Malmö, Bergsgatan 33, Malmö, Sweden 21422. [ As Velka Morava Fata Morgana ].Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, sugary, bread - herbal. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170128] 7-3-7-3-14

From tap. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is mild chalky and dark roasted malt. Bitter, toasted and caramelish. Mild sweet. Toasted. Dry and toasted.mild herbal. Dry and toasted finish.

Tap@Taproom Malmö, Malmö (28/01/2017) - pours black with a beige head. Aroma and taste is sweet roasted malty, charred burnt dark malty notes, with chocolate, coffee, caramel, cocoa, hoppy backing, bitter roasted finish.

Keg at Taproom Malmo. It pours jet black with medium tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, charred wood, ashy, charred wood, dried fruits and umami. The taste is bitter, dry, charred wood, roasted malt, liquorice, earthy, mind spice, cacao nibs, tobacco and dirt with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent FES.
