Backlog January 2017. Clear amber body under a lacing tan head. Strong aroma of malt, fruity hops, dry fruit and Ethanol. Taste is sweet malt, alcohol, dry fruit, raisins and caramel. Fine body and long lasting sweet and boozy aftertaste. Feels a bit rough.

KØLF 130117. Dark amber color with a beige head. Aroma is malt, raisin, alcohol. Flavor is malt, raisin, dried fruits, alcohol, figs, sugar. OK beer, but a little bit boozy.

Flaska från Barley Wine, Köpenhamn. Smak och doft av karamell, torkad frukt, plommon, honung med toner av fat. Stor maltsötma, rund och len, fruktig, jämna smaker med lätt beska, alkoholen väl dold.

Flaska från Barley Wine, Köpenhamn. En ganska maltsyrlig bw som kanske känns anningen rå och lite oren som gör att smakerna inte riktigt lyfter. Torkad frukt, karamell, honung och säd. Ok.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Det Lille Bryggeri Barley Wine 2015 1st Edition ].Unclear medium to dark amber - red brown color with a average, creamy - frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, berry, dried fruit, wood, tobacco notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, tobacco, wood, berries, alcohol, light dried fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Tap@Copenhagen Beer Festival 2015, (29/05/2015) - dark amber coloured pour with beige head. Medium sweet malty aroma and taste, some sourness as well, then toasty, caramel, toffee, brown sugar, dried fruity and nutty, some spices on the palate, medium sweet bitter finish.
