Bottle. Clear gold with a beautiful big white head. Aroma of spicy and floral hops, grains and bread. Taste of grains, grass, straw, bread, pepper and overall quite spicy and tangy. Moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. A solid and enjoyable Helles. Finally a beer by Mönchshof I‘ll gladly have again.

Bottle split just below the flight path, thanks to Mr_Frog, 10/06/15. Pale golden blonde with a decent white cap that dissipates to spotting. Nose is grain, cereal, straw, light citric vibes, pale malt. Taste comprises pale malt, lemon rind, bready notes, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, clean crisp close. Decent keller beer.

Bottle at Leighton’s place. From beer merchants. Com. Pale yellow, crystal clear coloured pour with a nice frothy white head. Aroma is fresh grains, pils, floral hop, fresh earthy grains. Little citrus. Flavour is composed of nice fresh grains, light honey, fresh pils, floral hop. Really crush able. Palate is light, Refreshing, grainy, moderate carbonation. Good stuff.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Fergus. Pours crystal clear pale yellow with a foamy white head. Crispy cereal in the nose with some hay, lemon rind. Light sweet flavor with some biscuits, pale bread, more cereal, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Great balance on the finish, more crispy cereal, biscuity malts, hay. Excellent.

Bottle thanks to Leighton. It pours clear gold with a thick white head. The nose is clean, doughy, mild sweetness, cereal, mild sweet nougat and straw. The taste is crisp, clean, smooth, nougat, cereal, straw, toasty grass and some doughy sweetness with a short finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Well rounded and quaffable.

Rated as "Mild würziges Landbier". Smooth fresh beginning. Malt, grain, hints of sourness there. Fresh, easy to drink. Not very deep or aromaful. The aftertaste is malty with hints of grain, fresh, no bitterness.
