Keg draught at Martin Bros Micropizzeria. Dark purplish red, hazy with a small uneven pink head. Aroma of fresh blackberry, blueberry, blackcurrant, red grape. Taste is tart with a gentle berry sweetness, touches of claret. Tartness remains in the long finish but never overpowers. Weighty body with medium to heavy carbonation. Great stuff.

Tap@Fermentoren Florida TTO (22/08/2019) - dark cherry red pour with a purple pinkish head. Tart fruity with big punchy berry fruity notes, lots of black currant, some nice sweet balance with the lacto vanilla coming in, medium body, tart berry fruity close.
