Bottle picked up from REWE, Zolling and consumed at home Attenkirchen Sunday 12th January 2020 cooking Mushroom and Chestnut Soup and also a large Picadillo (Mexican Chilli) , listening to three tracks off of the soon to be released Bambara new album. Pours dark gold, superb clarity with a nice white head, looks wonderful. A very solid beer, jolly decent, malty, some sweetness a little mineral edge. Very good.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Pours a clear Amber/Gold colour with a medium sized throthy white head. Light gentle carbonation with small bubbles. Aroma is malty sweet, honey, bread, hay, cereal, grass and caramel. Taste is again malty sweet, more honey, bread and caramel with a sweet grassy hop finish. Nicely balanced. Smooth mouthfeel and a nice crisp finish. Slight lingering aftertaste. Great lager.

Amber color. Cake dough aroma. Malty sweetish flavor with biscuits, just a touch of hops. I expected to taste fruity esters, but they are hardly there. But this is a well balanced, full bodied and malty beer in the best Bavarian tradition.

Bottle from Edeka, Rothenburg. Pours clear dark golden-amber with a lasting, small, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of red apple, cake, dark honey, dried banana, white bread, yeast, kitchen herbs. Taste is medium fruity sweet, banana & apple wrapped into a cake with a dash of honey, a bit bready malty; light herbal bitter too, some 'bitter' orange peel, tea & yeast. Dryish, floral hoppy finish, a tad grainy, more apple cake & honey. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Highly drinkable little brew, nice.

Interesante cerveza lager. De color ambar anaranjado, con espuma blanca y persistente. Aromas típicos a lager alemana, a cereal sobretodo y algo floral. De cuerpo y Carbonatacion medios, muy equilibrada y refrescante. Sabor dulzón de la malta, con notas críticas y a caramelo. Final ligeramente amargo. Buena dentro de su estilo.
