Bottle. Neon Yellow, low head. Citrus, light Dank hay, Maggi. Dry, citrus, lactic, dry salty, Light body, mellow sparkly. Salty citrus finish, nice!

Bottle. Glowing golden color with no head. Aroma is salt, tart quince. Taste is tart quince, a nice dash of salt, a bit grassy as well. Very refreshing and daring - I like!

375ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting and lacing, white head. Slightly (white) vinous mineral and yeasty aroma at a distance, nearby citrusy hoppy with notes of lemon, hints of coriander, underlying yellow stone fruit, quince. Taste is salty and tart, lemon notes, lemon juice, a lactic touch, subtle fruity sweetness with hints of quince and yellow stone fruit in general overlain by salty mineral flavours, complementary bitter and citrusy hop notes consummate a perfect balance; lively but gentle carbonation, soft palate, full body. Shows into the direction where Gose and Berliner Weisse have their point of contact.

Tap at Craft Bier fest, Vienna. Golden color with medium white head. Strong fruity aroma with quince, spices. Taste is in the same direction. Nice, refreshing beer.
