Sensory Session #24: hazy, amber color and a nice white head. Wheaty , yeasty nose Taste starts sweetish, nice wheaty and yeasty flavors. Light body. Smooth mouthfeeling, slightly boozy, dark honey at finish, decent hoppy.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 02.12.21/ 7,0% Abv.) im 2021-07 getrunken. Dieser brauner Weizenbock kommt recht verhaltenen Bananen-Aroma daher. Am Gaumen sind da wieder die Bananen-Aromen, deutlicher Weizeneinfluß und ein feine Süße. Dar Körper wirkt recht leicht doch das Bananen-Aroma bleibt recht lange. Schöner Bock!

Bottle at home from Brecht. Slight hazy copper with a big white head. Aroma of banana, yeast, cloves, veggies, herbal notes, malt and caramel. Flavour is above moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light moderate carbonation.

Bottle from MiP, thanks! Brown color, cloudy. Yeasty aroma. Banana, yeast and bubblegum in the flavor. I’m not impressed, couldn’t get past the yeast. The balance was lacking a bit, and the beer is fairly alcoholic.
