500 ml bottle. Clear golden with a fluffy head. Caramel, lots of hay, bread, grassy hops, hints of butter and vanilla. Mild dry bitterness, some malty sweetness. Rather full bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry malty finish. Pretty nice Helles!

On tap at Tölzer Mühlfeldbräu, Bad Tölz, Bavaria, Germany after a short cycle ride from Lenggriese. Pours gold, excellent clarity, busy carbonation, nice white head atop. A very nice Helles, good fruity bite, nice softness, a little dry finish. Simple but elegant.

Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, brotiger, würziger Geruch. Geschmacklich unspektakulär malzig, brotig, würzig, etwas getreidig. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Clear golden with little white head. Aroma is grass, dms, fresh herbs. Taste is smooth herbal hop bitterness with juicy aromatic malt. Long malty finish. Not bad.

Sampled @ BKL 2017. Klare hell goldgelbe Farbe, geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch mild hopfig, getreidig, Heu. Geschmack ist mild hopfig, getreidig, Heu, unspektakulär.
