Bottle. Slightly hazy golden color, white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of dusty and peppery citrus. Spices are more evident in the flavor, heavy on the coriander. Not sure that you need to add spices to a saison.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - London. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. Nice Belgian yeast in the nose, some wheat, white bread. Medium sweet flavor with some lightly doughy wheat, more white bread, saison yeast, zesty lemons medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately sweet finish with more wheat bread, light bitter hay, white sugar, slight zesty citrus. Not sensational but OK.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 9/7/2014 at 5% ABV. Hazy gold with a decent, white, head. Floral hops with a slightly peppery edge, crisp mlats, some juicy stone fruits, earthy spice, and a lingering, bitter finish. Excellent.
