(Bottle) Golden coloured with a frothy head. Malty apple aroma. Sweet malty flavour. Bitter finish. Ok Pilsener but I’ve had better.

Bottle: Straw golden; big fluffy white head; sweetish malty nose with a distinct tinge of floral hoppiness; initial sweetish maltiness, mild gentle bitter flavour; mild, slightly bitter-aromatic finish with a tinge of caramel. Light bodied, not watery. Decent.

Bottle. A light malt aroma - a bit skunky/barnyard. Lighter golden yellow color with a expanding white lacey head that quickly disappates. A bitter grassy hops flavor with a creamy malt finish. A good pils for those who like a higher bitterness rating.

Re-rate at Klosterbräu, bottled version was not good. Neutral aroma. Pale gold, low head w. lace. Cookie, yeast and malt notes. Thinish body, somewhat dry hop exit. ok, but not fantastic.
