Rich gold colour. Rich hops and full bold pale malt. Quite czech in the aroma. Rich malt accented pils, with hits of bitterness. Well-balanced, very drinkable. Note: subsequent samples seemed lighter so the score was lowered a little bit to account for that.

Golden color, small white head, some lace. Buttery, woody hoppy nose. Starts a bit watery, metallic and sweet then nice Hallertau-type hopping hits. Some buttery notes in the flavor. Standard, but a good-quality pils.

Draft at the brewery tap. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a light note of hops. The flavor is sweet malty with a lovely crisp hoppy grass note, that starts early and lasts all the way to the nice hay finish.

(On tap) Clear, pilsener golden with a white head. Very malty aroma - grain, almost mash. Medium-bodied, perhaps a bit on the light side. Clean, malty notes nicely balanced by the hops. A very quaffable and harmonious Pils. 071106
