Kokomo Weekday packs all of the tropical sunshine of Kokomo Weekend, but at a strength more suited to weekday drinking. Flavours of pineapple, passionfruit and mango dominate but this is all from the Mosaic and Azacca hops.

Cask at Cellar, Chester. Pours a cloudy orange with a small off-white head. The aroma is mainly floral hops with some hints of citrus. In the mouth it is slightly sweet and quie juicy with floral hops again to the fore. Later on some herbs come through as well Finish is dry and slightly sticky. It’s reasonable but nothing to write home about.

Cask at CBC, Clerkenwell on 24th October 2023. Hazy gold with shallow off-white foam and scant lacing. Lemon zest aroma with a slightly soapy note. Citrus burst in-mouth with vinous, soapy hints and a tangy fruit finish. Light bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Tap at Small Bar, Bristol. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits, lychee and malt behind. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with above light carbonation.

Sample@GBBF2018, London, with the Malmö crew - golden coloured pour with a medium white head. Tropical fruity hoppy and malty, grapefruit, peachy, lemon, pale white bready malty, soft carbonation, medium body, piney and herbal bitter finish.

Tap. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is juicy hops, light petrol, sugar icing. Taste is juicy hops, sugar icing. A little bit mealy mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Ok.
