Trübe, sehr helle Farbe, recht geringe Schaumentwicklung. Geschmacklich haben wir gekochte, vergorene, aber hauptsächlich frische Früchte (Aprikose, Quitte, Apfel, ein wenig Zitronensaft und -schale). Ein ganz minimaler Hauch von Sekt, Kräuterlikör und grünem Tee sind zu erahnen. Viel deutlicher merkt man die Hefe. Sehr feinperlige Kohlensäure, von der Menge knapp im oberen Drittel des Spektrums angesiedelt. Das Bier ist geradezu außergewöhnlich süffig. Diese Rezension aus 7 Halbsätzen zu schreiben hat länger gedauert, als davon das erste Glas auszutrinken.

Hazy golden. Aroma is wheat grain light apple. Taste is yeasty with light apple and some grain. Not much top-fermented flavours there. And much like apple juice. In fact I think it's very similar to this Schlossberg Dachau Kellerbier. But anyway not bad.

Bottle picked up from a random shop in Wasserburg then consumed at home Sunday 19th June 2022 about to listen to The Bug Club - Pure Particles preparing Prawn and Squid in a Asian style marinade, Loz is preparing Chicken with an Oregano and Oil marinade, just lighting the Komodo Dragon BBQ. Pours hazy, yolky colour with a white head. Lovely velvety softness in the mouth, mallowy banana, a little vanilla, perhaps a little bit of a banana custard flavour, there is a little clove, but its late to the party. Good, in fact very good.

ABV: 5.4%. ✅ [ Trade by Beerhunter111 ]. Murky matt medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, sour yeast - sour fruit, fruity yeast, clove. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, wheat, weizen yeast, fruity yeast, light citric, light sour fruit. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20210911]

Deutlich bananiger Geruch. Hefig-bananiger, mild süßer Antrunk. Wässriger Hintergrund, etwas zu süß, karamellig. Mittelstarke helle Malzigkeit, die Bananigkeit bleibt angenehm. Ganz nett. 7/10/9/9/8/9

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy orange color with creamy white head. Aroma is bananas, cheesecake, spicy yeasts. Taste is bananas, some bubblegum, biscuit cake with banana cream, tart. Silky mouthfeel, natural carbonation. Very good!

(swing top bottle, 100cl) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Yeast-spicy, mildly citric and banana-fruity aroma with present wheaty notes, as well as hints of vanilla and cloves. Mildly sweet and delicately sour flavour, medium to light bodied with a prickly carbonation. Wheat-malty, slightly mealy taste with present fruity notes of citrus and banana, accompanied by mildly yeasty, phenolic spice; mildly sweet and sour-fruity, citric finish with minor clovy accents. Bottle from the cheese cart at the Garching Wochenmarkt. Cloudy yellow, white head, good carbonation. Spicy dry notes on a lightmealy/wheaty base. Banana, coriander, pickled ginger. Medium light, fresh body, sparkly mouthfeel. Nice and fresh, flavourfull Weissbier.
