Great creamy banana clove head. The beer starts mild and soft. Creamy caramel, banana. Fruity mild, easy to drink with a fantastic mild back. No bitterness, creamy clove, fantastic mild deep clove spiced finish. Nice.

Bottle. Dark orange with brown color, cloudy, yellow foam. Thick and dense aroma: banana, plum, cloves, wheat, light caramel. Taste: sparkling, light warming effect, a lot of banana and caramel, sweetness, a little yeast with light sourness and spice, good.

Look: cloudy yellow to orange with a large white frothy head of good retention. Aroma and taste: banana, bread, soaked apples, light clove. Low go light bitterness. Palate: medium body, average to lively carbonation. Overall: a classic Weizen. Fine.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of wheat, banana, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of banana, straw, and wheat, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Interessanter hefiger Geruch. Spielt auch beim Geschmack immer eine Rolle. Im Antrunk dominiert zunächst Getreide und Malz. Eine leichte Eisennote schwingt mit, aber nicht unangenehm. Hintenraus wird es würzig. Etwas trocken. Kein Top-Weizen, aber insgesamt schon ganz OK.

500ml bottle. Hazy, amber colour with average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Wheaty, yeasty fruity and slightly leafy aroma, hints of baked banana, pear, some clove, citrusy hoppy overtones with a touch of lime, lime peel. Taste is minimally bready, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and slightly yeasty spicy, some citrusy tartness, hints of banana, dried banana, some clove, lime, lime peel, old lemon peel. Minimally watery passages, prickly carbonation. Has some nice, dirty aspects concerning taste and aroma, but some deficiencies in secondary issues (appearance and mouthfeel).

Bottle picked up from REWE Zolling and consumed at home Attenkirchen, Monday 9th December 2019 whilst cooking Mousakka and listening to Steve Lamaqs Evening Session on 6Music. Wheaty from the off, oh yea the colour is cloudy orange/gold with a white head. I am unsure what the Winter element to this beer is as it doesn't taste of winter spice? Anyway it's fine, wheaty, quite clean and with a little tangy edge.
