Our Deadhead IPA Series melds the strong vibe of our favorite music with the beer we love to drink, elevating both into a higher state of consciousness. Our Haze of the Dead reverberates with booming amounts of Citra and Simcoe hops piercing through the melodic mouthfeel of flaked oats, wheat & pils malts, concocting into a Juicy, Hazy Double IPA that will be sure to wake the dead. Cheers!

Can from Total Wine in Vacaville, CA. Pours lightly hazy gold with a decent white head. Aroma is mostly citrus. Arguably med body. Somewhat juicy but towards dry. Not all that bitter for me. Lots of citrus.

Can. Hazy, deep gold in color with a three finger head. Aroma is citrus. Taste is slightly sweet up front with a mild bitter middle and an extremely bitter finish. Citrus and a tad of spruce.

Here I am rating into the void! Well I’ll keep it simple, it’s a classic citrus forward IPA, some tropical fruit too mainly in the flavors. Bready clean malt profile. Medium bitterness.

Notably sweet malt, strong citrus zest, hop burn, mild resin. Thick mouthfeel, with lingreing citrus, mild bitterness and resin. Tasty. Can lcbo

Can From Canada Craft Club January 2024. Cloudy pale orange with a small frothy white cap that leaves stringy lace. Nose is tropical fruit, citrus peel and some biscuit and a hint of candied fruit. Light candy and bread sweetness with a medium grapefruit, pineapple and tangerine peel bitterness. Mouth is medium+ and creamy with slightly soft carbonation and a lingering bitter finish. Can was dated 08/03/2023 so could have been fresher. 7+/4-/7/4/14+

Hazy and pale. It's got a nice weedy note, not super bright hops, but light pale malt base. Moderate bitterness. I like the base, even if the hops are super expressive.

Poured from 473mL can (thanks fiulijn; canned 08/03/2023). Hazy blonde with small white head. Citrus hops, feint dankness, a bit oaty, okay.

473mL can, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose has a lot of dusty hops, earthiness, and bready malt. Flavour is earthy, with dusty hops -- they tasted faded despite this only being 2 months old -- with a bready malt base. 83 IBUs? The hops seem faded and lacking punch. Pretty lacklustre.
