Wird für die Weihnachtszeit eingebraut. Mit einem Stammwürzgehalt von 16,8% und einem Alkoholgehalt von 7,5%. Seine dunkle Farbe und sein malzaromatischer Geschmack, sowie auserwählter Aromahopfen machen ihn zu einen absoluten Biererlebnis der Winterzeit. Ab Mitte November erhältlich.

Flaska från Bierothek. Kopparfärgad klar vätska med högt fluffigt skum. Doft av nygräddat bröd. Torr, lite mjölig munkänsla, kryddig humle, nygräddat surdegsbröd, smör, lite bränd besk skorpa. Fantastiskt gott. Kanske den bästa bock jag druckit

Bottle from Meibier. Deep brown colour, tall and creamy beige head. Malty-roasty nose. Full-bodied with an intensive malty character, roasty flavours, some chocolate, shy earthy hops in the finish.

Optisch schönes dunkles Kupfer, Schaum passt. In der Nase ordentlich Malz und Getreide. Im Trunk sehr malzig, schrotig, dann röstig, Karamell, sehr würzig, lecker Ding, gleich noch nen Schluck, schmeckt!

Bottle at Zum Franziskaner. Amber with a firm head. Grain, bread, hay and caramel.

Ruby with a frothy, white head. Aroma is dank with hints of roasted grains, caramel, dark chocolate. Taste mildly bitter, fully of strong roasted notes with the underlying malty sweetness playing out nicely against an overall hoppy and bitter finish. Medium-bodied, mildish carbonation. Not the most aromatic but still a nice one.

Bottle from Beerhunter111. Many thanks! Dark amberbrown colour, beige foam. Nose of caramel, biscuits. Taste is sweet, also rather bitter, hoppy, some roastiness. Intersting bock.

50cl bottle. A clear mahagoni brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of caramelized malt, leaves, red malt. Taste of dark caramelized malt, melasse, raisins, spicy bitter hops.

Bottled at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Clear deep amber, rich firm head. Caramelly, bready nose. Mid sweet with full body and soft mouthfeel. Deep bready, caramelly malt. Mellow and seemless. Warming finish with mild bitterness.

Draught at the brewery - Dark copper in colour. Raisins and marzipan in the aroma. Malty and slightly fruity taste with raisins, figs, caramel and dates detected.
