Wird für die Weihnachtszeit eingebraut. Mit einem Stammwürzgehalt von 16,8% und einem Alkoholgehalt von 7,5%. Seine dunkle Farbe und sein malzaromatischer Geschmack, sowie auserwählter Aromahopfen machen ihn zu einen absoluten Biererlebnis der Winterzeit. Ab Mitte November erhältlich.

Many thanks for this beer to Mariusz. Barwa klarowna czerwono-rozana, piana srednia ale trwala. Przypalone tosty posmarowane stopionym serem wedzonym, nieco karmelu i figowego musu. Dobre, glowny profil piwa jest slodowy, mocny alkohol nie jest wyczuwalny.

Bottle. Clear golden amber color, light tan head. Aroma has chocolate and banana. Taste is sweetish caramel, fruity cocoa. Nice.

Bottle on the train to Nurnberg. Clear brown colour lasting beige head. Deep malty flavour. Incredible smooth. Milk chocolate but decent. Lovely beer really. Decent hop finish. I really rather liked it. Full deep chocolate malty bock.

Clear ruby with almost no head. Musty hops with malty caramel. Watery phenolic sweetness with more alcoholic bitterness. No texture. Nope.

Holzfass. Amber color with small tan head. Aroma is berries, nutty, juicy malts. Taste is juicy malts, nutty. Quite fresh, not bad!

Bottle from Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. Deep amber in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. Sweet aroma of ripe grains and stone fruits. Flavour had more of a citrus edge and spicy maltiness, followed by a full finish with some hops in the background. Excellent.

Bottled 500ml. -from www.beershop.hr Amber coloured, minimal off-white head, caramel and whiff of alcohol in the nose. Toasted malt, caramel, notes of hops and alcohol with sudden sweetness in the finish. Just ok.

Herb karamelliger Antrunk. Deutlich getreidig, dunkel, leider nicht sehr tiefgründig. Die Getreidigkeit hält an, konstante, wenn auch eher geringe Malzigkeit. Mittelstarke Würzigkeit, holzig. Harmonisch. 9/12/11/12/10/12

Pours a dark amber color. Caramel, sweet, minerals in aroma. Caramel, malty, mild alcohol, grainy notes in taste.

Bottle from the brewpub
Hazy amber color. Mild malt and caramel aroma, light bread. Good body strength, good caramel flavor, quite strong bitterness for this style. Quite well executed. Good.
