Nice, zesty beer. Sharp hop, grassy, lots of zest, dry but fruity. Very drinkable especially at this strength.

440ml can from M&S, Bristol. Deep gold in colour, with a small, white, head. Big, juicy fruit and citrus hop aroma, with plenty of ripe mango and lime marmalade. Flavour had lots more fruit, a white pepper kick and some green herbs, with light maltiness, leading to a hoppy, dryish finish. Excellent.

Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at the Drapers' Arms, Bristol 31/12/2018. Golden in colour, with a slight, white, head. Hoppy aroma of tropical fruits, tangerines and blueberry. Flavour had a lot more fruit, crisp,, biscuity malts and a hint of green herb before a dry finish with loads more hops. A great showcase for Mosaic.

Pint can from the West End Brewery, Leicester. Light to mid-gold with a slight haze and a fluffy white head. Big berry scent to this beer, some lemongrass and overripe apricot. Tastes even better, with the sweet berry notes cushioned on the side with a meaty sweatiness. More apricot in the finish. I live Mosaic when done like this. An amazing sessioner.

Can (now with Royal blue and white art work) received as an extra in a trade. Cheers Simon! Slightly muddy looking, medium gold, with a just off white foam that stays the course. Nose is full on Mosaic with sweet strawberry and blueberry notes. Clean malts. Hint of bubblegum. Taste is pretty sweet and fruity, with a moderate, leafy bitterness. Light and bright on the palate. Crisp carbonation. Light bitter finish. Good glugging tackle.

Keg, half-pint, shared with Finn at Fisherman's Cottage. Firm white head, cloudy golden body, spotty lacing. Prominent tropical fruity aromas. Pineapple and lemon to the taste buds. Refreshing fruity ending with discreet bitterness. Pleasing. (Reading 24.10.2019).
