Tap @ the brewpub as Lagerbier. Copper color. Soft bready aroma with a hint of grapes. Slightly watery flavor, bready with lots of grapes and a hint of roast. Some sweetness in the aftertaste, followed by some earthy notes.

(tap at the brewpub) Clear, amber colour with a short and slightly tanned foamy head. Slightly dark malty aroma with caramel, fruity notes of pears and a tinge of herbal hops. Mildly bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Hearty, slightly draffy malt character with caramel, mildly fruity accents and notes of herbal hops from the middle part, leading into quite lasting malty and rounded bitter hoppy finish. 19.XI.16

Clear amber with medium white head. Aroma is shallow hay, noble hops, crispy stuff. Taste is well balanced fruity sweetness and hop bitterness. Some carbonation induced sourness on top. Long finish of yeasty sourness. Easy to drink. Nice.

Tap (@Staffelsteiner Bierbrauerfest 2014):Deep golden, bigger stable white creamy and lacy head; grainy and pale-malty nose with a slight rural touch; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pretty soft and medium bodied; slightly drier and more bitter in the shorter finish. Well quaffable stuff…
