On tap. A clear dark golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of tart grapes, apples, wood. Taste of sour red grapes, apples, sulfur, wood.

Pale gold with a fleeting, foamy, white head. Oak and candy aroma. White wine. Taste is tart with a citric twist and touch of marshmallow. Tart finish. Medium-bodied, slight watery. Interesting, not exactly my thing.

Clear glass abomination (-1 point); head gone in seconds; looks as white wine for all the world; orange-pink yeast clinging to the bottom. Floral, aroma of rhubarb, a bit vinous to liquorice, and indeed like marc de ... More vinous in the mouth, and remarkably mineral (no salty, but...) Fruity, white grapes, small unripe grapes, but feels not very alcoholic. Low on carbonation, no slickness, utterly crisp; refreshing. Weird. Fascinating. Different. On the fence of beer and... yes, what?

Dorée/paille, col fin blanc.
Arôme est funk avec une bouquet intéressant de la mise en amphore - cela réussit mieux qu'à la version Cantillon. Raisin léger en retrait , fleuri, feuille verte, le tout avec la base de bière blonde qui ressort en rétro - léger en malts, petite note céréale.

Palais est plaisant, finement funk, pointe d'aigreur, côté amphore donne une note de minéralité, léger avec ce côté marc qui rend un fruité raisin modéré mais avec une petite touche tannique astringente. Le tout sur une pointe âpre presque de pomme verte.

Clear pale yellow beer, no head. Aroma: rather dirty, urinals, funky, sulphur, meh. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish start, bit lemony, fishy, dry, bit funky, herbal touch. Aftertaste: dry, rather bitter, zesty, lemony, grapefruit, funky, brett notes. Decent, apart from the smell…

Bit one-sided... But nice!
