Bottle. Cloudy milky yellow color with white head. Aroma is lacto, wheat, some Brausetablette, hoppy, grassy, some exotic fruits. Taste is mineralic, grassy hops, tropical fruits, a hint of sweatsocks. Tart finish, high carbonation. Very light and refreshing straightforward hoppy Berliner Weisse.

Bottle. Milky yellow, low white head. Citrus nose, very light body, chewy, cicric, bit salty, nice balance.

Cloudy yellow with little white head. Aroma is gooseberry, fizzy tablet, lychee, phenolic nuts in the background, fruity stuff. Taste is watery sourness and not much else. Some flour in the back of the mouth. Not bad though and very interesting.

Light haze on this paleish gold beer, no head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has reasonable fine carbonation. Wishy watery sourness, very light. Trace of lemon. Whisper of orange. Light finish. Bland.

Draught. Light amber colour, sparkling, almost no head. Aroma is quite intensive rose jam, wheat. Medium sour, not bitter, not sweet. Light body. Interesting, really good, drinkable.
