0.5 l bottle from 'Brauart', best before December 2025. Slightly hazy, deep golden amber with a large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity-floral aroma of banana, clove, some honey and light vanilla. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy taste of banana, clove, honey and some nutmeg, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a bit chalky finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Solid Weizen.

Quite the floral, perfumey weissbier, loads of straw and vanilla and clove, lightly sweet with mild notes of lemon and grass, and a lengthy dose of flowers on the finish.

Trübes dunkelgelb mit Rotschimmer; schöne cremige Schaumkrone. In der Nase eine Klasse Kombination aus viel Frucht (Banane, rote Beeren) und dezenter Würzigkeit. Im Geschmack sehr fruchtig, hellmalzig und leicht würzig, frisch und spritzig mit viel Kohlensäure, mittlerer Körper. Insgesamt ein sehr stimmiges Weißbier.

Clove, banana, orange, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet, clove, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body.

Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy orangey color weissbier with nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sweet wheat malt with light spiced ester. Taste is also a mix of spiced ester with some sweet wheat malt and light grainy notes. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable weissbier but not a tad sweater then I would like this beer to be.

50cl can from the Costco advent box pours a mostly clear gold with a cap of white head. Nose has banana bread and soda and bubblegum. Flavor has wheat and clove and banana. Spritzy finish.

Can. Pours a clear golden hue with a large white head. A nice soft perfume and spicy bread nose. Soft, sweet grains, cloves, banana esters. Clean.

500ml bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is spice banana notes and some wheat. Taste is more of the nice spice wheat grass hops.
