Bottle at Craigs. Pours clear amber with a thin white head. Aromas of light skunky hops, citrus, pine. Taste is pine, wood spice. thin finish.

Lightly hazy amber beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth with fine carbonation. Smooth malts, trace of cream. Floral crystallised fruits, especially orange. Mild pine and hop spice. Touches of mandarin and tangerine on the smooth light finish. Off centre but pretty drinkable.

Bottle from GBBF 2015 and drunk at home. Amber deepish slight haze. Ivory head. Decent hoppy aroma. Is there some crystal malt in this?? Settles down a little, some decent grapefruit. Some resin pine. The malt rather brings it down rather than letting the hops sing. It’s ok. Sweetish. It’s an ok US grapefruit hoppy slightly malty IPA, fairly standard but with the odd tweak of surprise as you drink it. OK.

50 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is pine and grapefruity. Bitter, toasted and grapefruity. Dry, hoppy and grapefruity. Bitter and dry herbal finish.

50cl bottle, courtesy of gregwilsonstl, pours with a hazy copper body that supports a thin dirty white head. The aroma offers up juicy mango and assorted gummy bears and a bit of flavor smelling hops. The taste delivers malt sweetened citrus hops and tropical fruitiness flowing into modest bitter hops. It picks up additional varied fruit into the finish as the bitterness joins a growing resiny hop sensation. Pretty nice. It would be fun to try this fresh on tap sometime.

Bottle. Body is a nice orange with a touch of haze and an annoyingly large head. Aromas are juicy and lush with pine, mango, pineapple and a little soap. Flavor is a juicy and sweet affair up front. Lots of honey and oranges up front with a resinous late finish. It’s kind of an odd IPA with quite a bit of residual sweetness, but I found myself liking it quite a bit after I got over my preconceived notions.

Leicht trübes bersteinfarbenes Bier mit einer ordentlichen weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, leicht harzig, hopfig, wenig bitter. Geschmack sehr hopfig, bitter, würzig, reife Früchte, harzig.

Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at home on a cold Friday night watching the movie Fury. Appearance is a cloudy gold with a modest white, frothy head. Aroma of grass and citrus, straight forward but nice. Taste was pretty good, finishes dry with decent bitterness, for the style it was mild but I found that refreshing. I’d enjoy this again for sure.
