Fruity, citrusy and sourish with some berry juice, spices, hints of saltiness and plums. Pretty refreshing

Undated can drunk 9/2/23. Cloudy plum. Small, pinkish head sits at light cover. Nose is bright and interesting with tons of plum, low lemongrass, light salinity and rich malts with low lactose adding a bit of milky creaminess in concert with the oat and wheat. Clean. Sweet, though with good lactic acidity from the lactose and moderate malic acidity or whatever such acids are produced by plums. It's battle between too sweet and just acidic enough to balance. Soft texture, low lactose character, light salinity and just a touch of grassy, bitter lemongrass. Love that plum and the contrasting creaminess, but would still like a bit less sweetness. The lactose doesn't seem necessary.

Can thanks to Anthony. Pours a hazy pink with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong vanilla, plum skin, milk sugar. Thin body, plum, lacto, milk sugar, nice tartness, very nice.
