Bottle: Poured a pale-yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with light retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of apple notes with some sour notes and light spices is unique but enticing. Taste is also a mix of apple notes with some cider-like quality and woody notes with some light tartness and light spices and funky ester. Body is about average with medium carbonation. Unique experience and quite enjoyable with high level of complexity.

Taste is a little sweet to start, turning pretty dry overall. Clean and bright on the palate. Fine and crisp carbonation. Dry and clean finish. Decent enough, but lacks a bit of punch.
