6 3 6 3 12Draft at PiwPaw, Parkingowa Warsaw. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma of big tart and candied cherries. Flavour is above moderate sweet and light sour.

Sample at Piwpaw parkingowa. Thin pink head. Cherry aroma. Clear red/amber pour. Big tart cherry aftertaste.

50cl bottle. A clear dark reddish beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of medium sweet cherries, lactic fruits. Taste of sour cherries, lactic fruits, some sugar!

Draught @ Same Krafty Multitap, ul. Nowomiejska 10, Stare Miasto (Old Town), Warszawa, Poland 00-271. [ As Bazyliszek Cherryniaków ].Clear medium to dark red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, pink - off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate cherry, sweet cherry, light tart cherry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, fruity, sweet malt, light tart cherry - fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160207]

Draught at Piw Paw, Feb 29, 2016. As a sample.owocowie kwasne ale, 5.5% ABV, 15 IBU.Clear brown color, off-white head. Cherry, tart, gypsum taste. Cherry aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, very low bitterness. Cherry aftertaste. Cherry, sweet scent.

Keg at Same Krafty, Warsaw. Clear bright cherry coöoured, small pink head. Aroma of sour cherries. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lactic sour cherries and, well that’s it. One dimensonal and completely dominated by sour cherries.

Draft sample @ PiwPaw, Warsaw. Rosée, col fin blanc-rosé. Arôme au bouquet légèrement suret de levure mais aussi de cerise rappelant les griottes. Pointe de funk - brett? le tout est assez agréable. Palais est léger un peu suret avec cet ajout de cerise qui se retrouve néanmoins adouci sur la fin. Cela se ponctue par un profil funk tirant un peu sur le foudre. La bière correspond un peu à l’étiquette où le pot de confiture assure ce côté doux-sucré de la confiture tout en assurant ce fini suret-aigrelet du fruit. Reste un bel effort qui ne tombe pas ans le surfait.
