Pint Can. Pours a reddish copper color with a monster off white head that has fair retention. The aroma is herbs and a bit of pepper. The taste is soft grains, rice and mildly bitter herbs. The palate is light and oily. Finishes long and a bit sticky with lingering pepper. Overall: Decent

Draught Deep copper beer under a medium white head. Indeed... rice/ricewater, biscuit, cake, smelling dry. Dry leafy, rice-y flavours, demure but nice. Light body, bit slick as... ricewater indeed. As said, demure, but really pleasing. Served by the man himself!
Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2022, Friday Session. A clear dark golden beer with a white head. Aroma and Taste of caramelized malt, rice, grains, dry bitter finish.

Clear amber beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, rural impression, cow fodder, wet grains. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder. Aftertaste: bitter, hay, grassy, a little herbal, spicy touch. Not a bit fan.

Couleur léger cuivre (venant de la couleur du riz?), col blanc-cassé.
Arôme est discret avec un bouquet sur une bonne base de malt/pils, rétro modéré de riz sans pour cela sombrer dans le style lager africaine (usant souvent une grosse part de riz) - rétro fruité entre agrumes et délicate note de fruit rouge, venant du riz?) - houblonné noble
Palais est léger malté pils assez classique, l'apport de riz donne une certaine rondeur en bouche, note houblonné noble pour un fini finement fleuri et fruité/agrumes délicats - le passage en foudre n'est pas vraiment perceptible.

On tap at the brewery. Pours deep purple. Grain, sulfur, peach, herbal. Medium body. A confusing experience but it tastes pretty solid.

At ETNYC Dumbo: pours purple with pinkish head. Aroma is rice, dough, honey, hint of fruitiness. Fairly bitter with a doughy sweetness. Solid.
