Pours a black colour and a beige head with some retention. Aroma's: sweet, bourbon, wood. Retronasal: sweet, wood, peppery. Flavour is moderate sweet, light roasty bitter. Medium bodied. Peppery heat. Long finish.

Bottle @ home. 2022 bottled. Opaque black, no head. Aroma is heavy bourbon and vanilla. Flavor is malts, bourbon, boozy, vanilla, sweet, chili / spicy burn that kills the bourbon flavor sadly. Dislike the chilies. 7-8,5-6-7-5,5=6.8

Clear black beer, creamy beige head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely stuff, lots of chocolate, vanilla, lots of bourbon, alcohol is present, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: quite an alcohol burn up front, lots of chocolate, some chocolate milk, more alcohol, vanilla, bitter touch, caramel, good roast. Aftertaste: nice, more alcohol, chocolate notes, bourbon, pretty darn complex, very good, love it!
