The StereoHopic IPA Series channels our 25+ year hop love affair into a spotlight on two special varietals at a time–and the interestingness that occurs between.
When two hops come together, the combination can be better than the sum of its parts… Passion fruit & guava interplay with Nectaron’s juicy yellow peaches; resulting in a veritable Voltron of sticky hoppiness.

Pours mostly clear gold and smells of citrusy, somewhat piney hops. There’s citrus, hop resin, and sort of a cough syrupy flavor. It’s alright but could be better. Maybe this one was a bit stale.

Bottle from Elizabeth Station, Bellingham, WA, via Sergey
Dark blond colour, golden hue, almost clean, with medium sized head. Moderate aroma of bread and piney hops. Dry mouthfeel; bready malts base, a bit of hay; the bitterness is balanced, maybe pronounced, but the hop quality is not too bright, it's a bit herbaceous.
Very clean beer, a good option for the price,

I have had this 12 oz bottle in the inventory for a period, time to break it out certainly. Lift the top and pour into a tulip glass, see a clear, medium yellow liquid with a slender head of white foam. A decent nose, no familiarity with the new hops variety, a taste will settle that. Well, I can say this is a tasty brew and I am not an IPA aficionado. The usual attributes, a bit of pine, some hoppiness as I usually know it, lemon and an unexpected mellow sweetness. I get a sensation of nectarine out of it. Pleasant brew.

12 oz bottle. A golden pour, clear except for some sparse fine particles, and a white head. Citrus, floral hop aromas. Flavor is on the lighter side, citrus, floral, earthy hop flavors, with a honey biscuit malt base. It's solid.

12Fl Oz bottle from a Trader Joes; drank at my daughters place on 9th December 2021. Golden body, white head. Citra hops lead the way in both the nose and taste, but the New Zealand lad adds a balance with a different citrussy angle, offering sweeter and less bitter/sour flavours to the Citra hops. Liked it.

Best entry in this series yet, a citrus-and-stone-fruit-laden joy of an IPA, dripping with lemon zest, mandarin, pineapple, nectarine, and peach, rounded out by modest notes of caramel, pine, and berry. Finishes with a firm woody bitterness and lingering citrus. Very nice.

Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours clear darkish gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma really does suggest nectarine. Med body at least. Flavor is pale stone fruit supported by lightly roasty (as in SN Pale Ale) malt. Then the flavor really suggests nectarine, and there's a bit of citrus floating around. A bit mouth smacking in the finish - literally. Kind of like nectarine pit astringency. Good innovative ale.
