TCBW2024. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is gooseberries, some mild fruity and tart wooden tones. Flavour is gooseberries, some tart fruits and mild wooden tones with a bit sourness too. Nicely refreshing and somewhat dry palate.

Smell! Poff pang! Klar golden med offwhite brusende topp som blir liggende rundt kanten. Aroma; stikkelsbær, hvete, malt, gjær, lyng. Smak; stikkelsbær, hvete, malt, gjær, hylleblomst, humle. Fruktig, smaksrik, bitter. Spandert av Djoeye. Delt med Djoeye og Leif.

On tap at The Rake, pours a clear golden, no head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, light vinegar, and soft grape, berry-like skins. Flavour is dominated by underripe gooseberries, gentle wild yeast, and a touch of oak. Lots of underripe berries and oak on the finish, along with a gentle wild character. Nicely made but still could be calibrated better.

Draught at Crowbar. Lightly cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- quite funky, quite sour and tart, carrot, gooseberry, leafy and flowery. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour and tart, gooseberry, vegetable, kveik character. A bit watery. Medium bodied. Very tasty.
