Backlog May 2021. Almost clear golden body under a small white head. Nice acidic aroma with gooseberry, funk and mild hint of wood. Taste has acidic berries, gooseberry, smooth funk and wood with a tart ending. Fine body and pleasant, long lasting aftertaste. Very nice, perhaps the best of the farmers reserve beers I have tasted from Lindheim.

Solliveien 130521. Aroma is funk gooseberries. Flavor is funk, gooseberries, sourness, wood, lemon, hay, grass. Very nice and easy drinkable beer.

Pours clear golden white a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, funk, gooseberry and tartness. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium sour with a long dry, tart, gooseberry and funky finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

29 November 2019. At Billie's Craft Beer Fest. Cheers to the lovely Anke, tderoeck, 77ships & Ghent beer crew! Hazy orange, lasting, small, foamy, white head. Aroma of unripe mandarin, plum, gooseberry, yellow grapefruit, lemon. Taste has sour mandarin, plum, gooseberry with a sweetish undercurrent, touch of bitter grapefruit. Tart, lemony, faintly grassy hoppy finish. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Nicely fruity & wild.

Very interesting & unique flavor of green gooseberries;as is warms very spot-on combo of fruit, barrel & refreshing tartness
