Paradox Grain has been matured in ex bourbon whisky barrels. Wonderful oak notes complimented by smooth vanilla, rich treacle, stewed fruits and decadent chocolate.
Best enjoyed at room temperature, unless you live in an igloo.

Can sourced from Brewdog Berlin Webshop and drunk at home (27/11/2020) - black with a tan ringed head. Dark sweet and roasted malty, with layers of opulent chocolate and caramel, coffee roast, singed brown sugar, dark dried fruit shred, charred wood, touch of spice into the lingering dark malty warming finish. Lovely winter warmer.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Beer in the glass deep black, small head. Intense roasty malty aroma. Starts intense malty, roasty, not as alcoholic as exspected. Earthy-woody notes, bitter chocolate. Finish well balanced, warming malty. Nice one!
